About Me

My interest in engineering really took off when I was about 14, after I built a universal TV remote that could turn on or off any television — inspired by a project I read in Maker Shed. (If you want to see the build from 2015, check out the short video on my Projects page.) Since then, my focus has shifted from fun electronics projects to something with a lot more impact. I’ve seen firsthand how fragile our grid can be — how outages affect families, how old infrastructure slows down progress, and how critical reliable, clean energy is for everyone.

With the explosion of AI, electric vehicles, and new technology, the demand on our energy infrastructure is only going to grow. I’m focused on building a smarter, more resilient, and sustainable grid that can support these advances and propel the U.S. to the front of global innovation. I believe we need to modernize our power systems not just for efficiency, but for the planet and for the people who rely on energy every day. Whether it’s developing new tech, optimizing systems, or just staying curious, I’m driven to be part of the solution.

Outside of engineering, you’ll find me exploring new ideas in renewable energy, collaborating on hands-on projects, or working on ways we can make the grid better. If you’re interested in the future of energy or want to swap ideas, let’s connect.
